About Us

Coonamessett Pond at 158 acres is the largest pond in the Falmouth, Massachusetts area and one of the clean watersheds for Falmouth. The purpose of the Coonamessett Pond Association is to enhance and maintain the ecological balance that gives Hatchville, and specifically, the area including and surrounding the Coonamessett Pond, its special character.  In concert with The 300 Committee and the Town of Falmouth, we assist with the stewardship of the conservation parcels in the area.  We seek to encourage careful thought in the present, so that these characteristics of the area will continue into the future.

Who We Are

We are a small, productive membership organization. We provide a voice and opportunity for actions to protect the resources of Coonamessett Pond and surrounding area. Members enjoy the following benefits:
