The Association offers assistance on matters of concern to the community in regard to the watershed area of Coonamessett Pond. In concert with The 300 Committee (http://www.300committee.org) and the Town of Falmouth, the Association assists with the stewardship of the conservation parcels in the area. We seek to encourage careful thought in the present, so that these characteristics of the area will continue into the future.
We encourage neighbors and concerned citizens to join us in our endeavors to protect and preserve this treasure! Become more involved in our local environment by enjoying nature and bird walks on the conservation lands, or fishing and observing the seasonal herring runs. These activities will help you learn about what is in your “backyard.” Join us, too, for our annual potluck dinner every August to learn more about CPA and enjoy the company of like-minded people!
